Eagle Scout Achievement Certificate
The Eagle Scout Achievement Certificate is presented to honor Scouts who earn the rank of Eagle Scout. Any Scout achieving the rank is eligible. Affiliation with the SCV or Confederate ancestry is not required. Parents or Scout Leaders should submit the request 45-60 days prior to the desired presentation date.

H. L. Hunley Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC) Award
The H. L. Hunley JROTC award is presented to honor High School JROTC cadets and Midshipment who are the future of our country’s military. Nominees should be a rising second year Cadet or Midshipman who demonstrates the qualities of Honor, Courage, and Commitment to their unit throughout the school year. Affiliation with the SCV or Confederate ancestry is not required. Parents or JROTC Leaders should submit nominations 45-60 days prior to the desired presentation date.

SCV Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) Award
The ROTC Outstanding Student Award is presented to honor College ROTC Cadets and Midshipment who are the future of our country’s military. Nominees should be a rising second year Cadet or Midshipman who demonstrate academic excellence, ROTC performance, and good citizenship. Affiliation with the SCV or Confederate ancestry is not required. University ROTC Cadres should submit nominations 60 days prior to the desired presentation date.

Stand Watie Scholarship
The Stand Watie Scholarship Fund was founded by Dr. James M. Edwards of Georgia in 1975 to memorialize Confederate Brigadier General (BGen) Stand Watie for his remarkable courage and fighting spirit. Stand Watie (1806-1871) served as Principal Chief of the Cherokee Nation from 1862-1866, was the first Native American promoted to the rank of General, and the last Confederate General to surrender in the field.
Nominees for the Stand Watie Scholarship must be a member in good standing in a Confederate heritage organization (SCV, UDC, or CoC) and an undergraduate student at an accredited college or university.
